1. How long will it take to receive my order?
All items are made-to-order.
- Production Time: Usually takes 3-10 business days.
- Shipping Time: Standard shipping to the US takes about 10-25 business days. During peak seasons (like Christmas or Mother's Day), please allow for a few extra days.
2. How can I track my package?
Once your order is shipped, we will send a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow 5-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system. You can track your order directly on our website or through the link provided.
3. Can I change or cancel my order?
Since our products are personalized, you can only modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. After that, we begin the production process, and changes may no longer be possible.
4. What should I do if my item is damaged or incorrect?
Your satisfaction is our priority! If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@foxwishcustom.shop within 30 days. Please include:
- Your order number.
- A photo of the damaged/incorrect product.
- A photo of the shipping label.
5. Do I need to return the item if I’m not satisfied?
At FoxWishCustom, we offer a "No Need to Return" policy. If there is a quality issue, we will send a replacement or issue a refund without requiring you to ship the item back, saving you time and money.
6. Why is the color/appearance slightly different from the website?
Please note that colors may vary slightly due to different device screen settings and the nature of the printing process on different materials. We strive to make every product as close to the preview as possible.
